Charges for calculation and issue of BER certificates are as follows:

Single dwelling – €300 + €25 SEI registration fee + vat
Up to 5 dwellings (cost per dwelling) – €270 + €25 SEI registration fee + vat
5 to 50 dwellings (cost per dwelling) – €250 + €25 SEI registration fee + vat
Over 50 dwellings (cost per dwelling) – €200 + €25 SEI registration fee + vat
